Quality Objectives

The College of Engineering, as envisioned by our Founder, should be able to:

  • 1. develop competent and competitive Engineers with Perpetualite values;
  • 2. be recognized as one of the highly reputable Engineering schools at par with ASEAN standards;
  • 3. develop research and development programs that address emerging issues in Eng’g education and practice; and
  • 4. develop and implement sustainable programs-based community activities in the country and participate in an international community outreach program.


Program Educational Objectives

Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management

The PhD in Educational Management program shall produce specialists who can/are:
    • formulate laws, theories, and principles based on their expertise in pedagogy, educational administration and supervision, and research
    • assume educational leadership in international organizations
    • embark, as educators and researchers, on research projects of national and international import
    • spearhead the organization and management of non-government organizations that will serve the needs of marginal groups in society
    • paragons of moral virtues in the exercise of their profession
    • experts in organization communication for effective human relations
    • uphold the value and importance of education for life


Master of Arts in Education

The Master of Arts in Education program shall produce educators who can/are:

    • provide dynamic leadership in the organization and management of educational enterprises
    • competent in pedagogy and other educational innovations
    • spearhead and lead socio-civic activities in the community
    • generate new knowledge through research and other professional studies
    • paragons of moral virtues in life.
    • demonstrate proficiency in organizational communication for effective human relations

Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration program shall produce graduates who:

    • possess competencies and technical expertise as professional managers, top-caliber business consultants and/or successful entrepreneurs
    • spearhead project management, creative research and development, and other related services executed at the highest level of ethical performance
    • apply effective leadership in organizational development and other innovative projects
    • lead in activities involving community welfare, environmental protection, economic and spiritual development

Master of Science in Clinical Programs Development

The Master of Science in Clinical Programs Development shall
produce graduates who can/are:

    • prepared for expanded administrative and service careers in health and education. 
    • equipped with human and conceptual skills, an adjunct to the technical capabilities that an individual possesses.
    • formulate new policies and innovations through research executed at the highest level of ethical standard.
    • spearhead and engage in program development, implementation, evaluation and analysis related to quality health care and educational delivery systems.
    • experts in their professional field; able to share their knowledge readily for the further development of their profession.
    • demonstrate proficiency in organizational communication for effective human relations
    • Uphold the value of continuing education in their professional endeavors.   


Master of Science in Microbiology

The Master of Science in Microbiology programs shall produce graduates who can/are:

    1. prepared for an expanded administrative and service careers in health and education.
    2. equipped with the competencies and technical expertise for careers in academic institutions or the biotechnology industry.
    3. spearhead projects and researches to meet the challenges that confront microbiologists and the health sector in general; active participants in national and international development efforts in the medical field.
    4. lead in activities involving health promotion, sanitation, environmental protection, and other issues that need to be addressed for the good of the community.
    5. generate as research executives new knowledge in the field of medicine in diagnosis of diseases, laboratory analysis, anti-microbial agents' production and utilization and identification of emergent microorganisms.    
    6. demonstrate proficiency in organizational communication for effective human relations
    7. uphold the value of continuing education in their professional endeavors


MASTER OF SCIENCE IN PSYCHOLOGY

Major in Developmental Psychology

    • provide highly competent master-level clinicians/psychologists and assume leadership roles ;
    • have firm commitment to extending the horizons of applied psychology from a consolidated base of academic excellence;
    • embody theoretical and research activities which inform in a direct and progressive way, the application of theory and research to practical use in the community at large;
    • Espouse a commitment to human welfare and service to others. .


MASTER OF ARTS IN COMMUNICATION



    • Take active, strategic, and critical role in shaping the directions of the Philippine communication landscape
    • Equipped with higher order and advanced communication skills needed in professional practice, teaching and media studies
    • Socially responsible confident and competent communication scholars, teachers and practitioners that can handle contemporary and emerging communication issues in local and international context
