Somido, the Executive School Director of the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL) in his message during the MOU Ceremonial Signing and Unveiling Ceremonies via zoom conference held last April 18, 2022 in the respective places of the four (4) parties, two (2) from the Philippines and two (2) from China.

This quadripartite cooperation is between China-Philippines Silk Road Institute Foundation, Parkson Group (Philippines), Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade and the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna. The cooperation was joined as well by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in compliance with CMO. 55 with a subject of Policy Framework and Strategies on the Internationalization of Philippine Higher Education.
