The DepEd CALABARZON recognized Hiyasmin Dichoso – Capelo (Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, Class 2010) during the 2021 CALABARZON Campus Journalism e-Roadshow: A Regional In-Service Training for Teachers on Student Publication Management for her competence in producing quality and excellent output focusing on the editorial cartoon. The said event was held via Google Classroom and Google Meet on March 17, 2021. The goal of this project is to promote campus journalism amidst the pandemic.
