Mr. Andre Garcia, a Senior High School student leader from the University of Perpetual Help System will be awarded as the Exemplary Youth Leader of the Year in the 4th Asia Pacific Luminare Awards that will be held on March 31, 2021, at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila. Mr. Garcia, the National Deputy President of National Organization Kabataan sa Kartilya ng Katipunan and the president of the campus’ very own Hiraya Organization, upholds his virtue of empowering the youth through his passion for public service. He was exposed to the idea of public service at a young age and has dedicated himself to serve since then. His mentor and former adviser, nominated him for the said prestigious award-giving body to serve as an appreciation for his outstanding leadership skills. Garcia, despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, has succeeded in showcasing his talent when it comes to leading and has even remained as one of the excellent academic performing students of UPHSL-Biñan under the Humanities and Social Sciences strand. An advocate of peace, unity, and integrity. Mr. Andre Garcia is truly a role model when it comes to student leadership.
