UPHSL Showcases Excellence at the X International Conference on University Libraries in Ukraine
 
                        The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL) proudly participated in the X International Conference “University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development,” held on October 9–10, 2025, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and hosted by the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies.
Represented by Dr. Elizabeth Malabanan, Library Director, along with Dr. Ma. Lindie D. Masalinto, Dr. Mary Rose Navarro, Ms. Mercedita Camitan, Ms. Clarissa A. Valencia, and Ms. Katherine Anne Faderoga, UPHSL shared insightful research presentations that reflected the University’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence in the field of library and information science.
Adding prestige to the event, Dr. Ferdinand C. Somido, University Chancellor, extended his warm greetings to the conference participants, emphasizing the importance of strengthening global partnerships and advancing knowledge exchange among academic institutions.
This international engagement underscores UPHSL’s active role in fostering global academic linkages and contributing to meaningful discussions on the future of university libraries amid the evolving landscape of digital transformation and open knowledge sharing.
