Bachelor of Library and Information Science
The Bachelor of Library and Information Science is a four-year program that prepares librarians and information professionals for academic, public, and special libraries.
Students develop competencies in library operations, cataloguing and organization, information technology and automation systems, research support, and information ethics.
A one-year practicum at the UPHSL Main Library, UPHS-DJGTMU Medical University, and selected special libraries prepares graduates to manage and deliver information resources in print, electronic, and digital formats.
