IMPORTANT SECURITY ADVISORY TO ALL UNIVERSITY STAKEHOLDERS
We would like to inform everyone that there have been recent incidents of fraudulent emails circulating, requesting users to change or verify their usernames and passwords. These emails are designed to steal your personal account information.
Please be reminded of the following:
- The University will NEVER send any email asking you to change, verify, or provide your username and password through external links.
- Any legitimate communication from the University will only use official links and email domains associated with uphsl.edu.ph.
- Do NOT click on suspicious links or open attachments from unknown or unverified senders.
- If you receive such an email, please report it immediately to the ITS Department.
Your vigilance is essential in keeping our digital environment safe and secure.
